If you or someone you support needs help accessing clothing, essentials or community support, you can reach out to The Community Closet in two simple ways.

 

Residents are welcome to self-refer, and professionals working with residents can also submit a referral on their behalf.

 

Our team will review requests using a triage system and get back to you within 24 - 72 hours.

Self Referral

If you are a resident who needs support with clothing or essentials, you can contact us directly. We understand that asking for help isn’t always easy - our team is here to make the process welcoming, respectful and straightforward.

Professional Referral

If you are a professional supporting a resident who would benefit from The Community Closet, you can submit a referral using our professionals referral form. We work with a wide range of partners including local services, community organisations and support workers.
