CoCreate Hackney is the strategic arm of the CoHub. We work with public sector teams, funders and voluntary organisations to co-design and co-produce services that actually work in the real world.
We don't consult on communities. We work with them.
What We Offer
Our support can be used as a full programme or as individual components - there are no rigid packages or long contractual tie-ins. You can work with us for one workshop, a short design sprint, or a full co-production cycle.

How We Work
We operate inside a functioning community hub.

Our Community Shapers co-facilitate sessions, shape agendas and help translate insight into action.
Outputs are structured. Recommendations are practical. Participation leads somewhere.
A local team might typically commission a £5,000 engagement exercise - covering contractual obligations, staffing, venue hire, recruitment, facilitation and reporting - only to find attendance is low and feedback lacks depth.
